The French Embassy in Bangkok has sold its property holdings on South Sathorn Road to City Virtue Limited, as the French government is moving all Embassy operations to a new facility being built in Bangrak. CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) won the consultancy appointment and has advised the French Embassy in all steps of selling their property.
The new facility will be a more modern environment for the Embassy, and is hoped to improve the quality and competence of the services provided.
In June 2012, the Alliance Française will relocate to a new site in Bangkok, enhancing its influence in the city.
